Abstract：
经济新常态之下,我国商业银行转型积极开展,能否顺利实现转型关系我国经济金融格局是否健康。由于转型期风险随之增大,要求对商业银行实施更为严格的监管。本文梳理了银行监管的发展,分析了商业银行转型的必要性、现实背景和对金融监管的挑战,并给出政策建议。
