[目的/意义]网络舆情的发展动态是舆情应对的基础。[方法/过程]根据网络舆情演化的关键要素,运用了可拓聚类理论和方法对网络舆情的演化趋势进行建模并预测,通过聚类分析得到预测结果。[结果/结论]实例分析证明该方法计算简便,有较高的精确度和较强的实用性,为舆情的应对提供了理论和方法的支持。
