Abstract:

现阶段,我国环境水质污染比较严重,基于此,笔者探讨了应用重组发光细菌监测水中环境污染物毒性的研究现状。重组发光细菌分为组成型与诱导型,国内外均在两类重组发光细菌构建方面有不同程度的进展。基于重组发光细菌的传感器,在现场在线连续检测、便携式系统方面也得到了迅速的发展。基于技术手段的进步,检测方法也得到了一定的优化,提高了检测结果的精确度。
