管理质量是管理评价研究的新方向与重要议题。在梳理国内外现有文献的基础上,从管理主体、管理实践和管理系统三个视角出发分别概述管理质量的相关研究,并基于此构建管理质量的系统模型,以及给出未来研究方向。
