创业者的幸福感问题日益引发关注。积极心理学中的心理幸福感概念与当今新一代创业者追求个人成长与发展的趋势相吻合。本文在整理了现有相关研究文献之后,分析了创业活动与创业者的心理幸福感之间的关系,并提出了进一步研究的方向和展望。
