概述了铜基复合材料的机械合金化法、快速凝固法、自生复合材料法、严重塑性变形法4种制备方法及各自的优缺点,探讨了制备方法、热处理方法、不同的强化机制等相关因素对铜合金材料性能的影响,总结了固溶强化、加工硬化、细晶强化、纤维强化机制对铜合金导电性和强度的作用,并分析了铜基复合材料的发展趋势。
