Abstract：
首先分析了负荷特性对功率缺额计算的影响,推导出基于频率变化率响应和负荷特性的电网有功缺额计算新方法;其次研究了负荷特性的变化对传统逐轮次低频减载方案的影响,在负荷特性发生改变时,其无法达到预期的减载效果;最后提出了一种考虑负荷特性的集中式自适应低频减载方案。
