文章从“机器人”应用对就业的影响机制出发,通过对替代效应和补偿效应在银行业的具体表现与我国银行业情况进行综合分析,得出“机器人”的应用对于银行业就业需求的影响,并根据该结论对银行业需求发展以及即将进入银行业的从业人员提供一定的建议。
