Abstract：
根据目前国内外对需要理论的探讨与研究,对高校学报编辑的需要进行了分析.提出在目前主要有物质利益的需要、理解与尊重的需要、发展的需要.进而认为,要搞好学报编辑队伍建设,应做到完善与落实政策、进行科学的管理、鼓励正确的发展,使每个人对自己的本职工作都充满希望.
