Abstract：
采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法合成了3种MFe_2O_4(M=Mn~(2+),Co~(2+),Ni~(2+))铁酸盐,通过比表面测定、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法对产物进行了表征,并研究了它们的气敏特性。
