Abstract：
本文论述了粘性非牛顿流体在固定管道中的流动特性和最大流速与平均流速之比．预测流体在生产条件下的流动特性对于精确地估算流体在管中最小停留时间,从而使流体保持最有效的巴氏灭菌时间是很重要的．
