Abstract:

本文首先采用有限元方法对200MW汽轮机末级680叶片在服役过程中的静态及动态应力进行了分析,根据计算结果,汽轮机680叶片在服役过程中所受载荷均为拉—拉疲劳,在作为调峰机组使用时,相当于耦合了一个低周疲劳成为双频复合疲劳。选择应变控制的拉拉疲劳和双频复合拉拉疲劳载荷谱在实验室模拟680叶片的危险运行情况,得到了四种载荷条件下应变循环周次与最大循环应力的关系曲线。结果表明,拉拉疲劳应变幅增加使循环寿命下降,复合一个小的拉拉应变载荷反而使循环寿命增加,复合的拉拉应变载荷的应变幅增加应变循环寿命又下降。选择最大应力幅的下降与初始应力幅之比作为损伤变量,并在连续介质损伤力学理论的基础上推导了该钢的低...
