Abstract：
探讨了活性熔剂过滤净化铝熔体的效果及其机理。表明:采用特定的熔剂和过滤工艺,在适当的加入量和熔炼温度条件下对纯铝的净化效果显著,除杂率和针孔率降低幅度分别可达70%和88%,显著提高了材料的强度和塑性,尤其是塑性;同时分析讨论了其高效排杂净化的作用机理。
