Abstract:
以Li_(14)Zn(GeO_4)_4为母体,通过高温固相反应,合成了Li_(14-11x)Zn_(1-x)Sc_(2x)Ge_(4-4x)P_(3x)O_(16-4x)(x=0.1~0.9)系统的锂快离子导体。X射线粉末衍射表明当x≤0.3时系统仍维持原母体的结构(正交晶系),但出现新的物相Li_2GeO_3;x>0.5时结构发生明显变化,系统转变成R3C。红外检测显示当x≤0.7红外谱图中出现Li_2CO_3吸收峰表明在室温下体系中存在Li_2CO_3。交流阻抗测试表明当温度大于200℃时系统有较高的电导率,最高为7.32×10~(-2)S/cm(400℃,x=0.3);在300℃时体系有...
