Abstract:
<正>LD泵浦的固体激光器是近年来国内外激光领域的一个研究热点,在这个领域中,Nd:YVO_4晶体的激光器已商品化,Nd:GdVO_4激光晶体与Nd:YVO_4相比,具有吸收系数大,热导率高,激光性能优良等优点。由Nd:GdVO_4通过离子替代形成的Nd:Gd_(0.5)La_(0.5)VO_4晶体,与Nd:GdVO_4相比,其吸收半宽较大。为结合两者的优点,我们生长了La掺杂量为20%摩尔分数的基质晶体,即Gd_(0.8)La_(0.2)VO_4。
