Abstract:

<正>选用纯度为99.999%的RE_2O_3(Gd_2O_3,Er_2O_3,Tm_2O_3,Yb_2O_3)和分析纯的NH_4VO_3,分别采用固相法和液相法合成了纯态GdVO_4和RE_x:Gd_(1-x)VO_4。原料。在固相合成时注意稀土氧化物之间的熔点差异太大的因素和高温烧结所带来的“燃烧损失”,在过量0.5%V_2O_5的情况下经二次研磨、加压成型和在一定速率下升温恒温,获得双掺钒酸钆多晶料,反应工艺流程图如下:RE_2O_3+Gd_2O_3+V_2O_5(过量0.5%)—→室温、二次研磨—→均匀混合加压成型—→200~300℃/h,800℃恒温8h
