Abstract:

以(C_6H_(10)O_5)n粒子为分散颗粒,以硅油为分散介质组成的电流变悬浮液体为例,通过试验研究分析颗粒的体积分数、电场强度、剪切速率和温度对基于(C_6H_(10)O_5)n粒子的电流变液体性能的影响。试验结果表明:基于(C_6H_(10)O_5)n粒子所组成的电流变悬浮液体其电流变效应有一定的适应范围,适合在工作温度≤40℃和电场强度≤4.2MV/m条件下工作,当体积分数为30%,最大电致屈服应力达到2.3kPa。并通过分析得出体积分数为30%的电流变液体的屈服应力与电场强度的关系表达式。
