Abstract:

本文采用三点弯曲压-压疲劳实验方法测量了40Cr钢不同温度回火后疲劳裂纹长度与循环周次的关系曲线。结果表明,低温回火后,40Cr钢在缺口处的起裂抗力高,一旦萌生了一定长度的疲劳裂纹,疲劳裂纹扩展速率明显高于高温回火和中温回火试样;随着回火温度的升高,40Cr钢在缺口处的起裂抗力减小,但疲劳裂纹扩展速率也减小。疲劳断口微观分析表面,在疲劳裂纹扩展初期,低温回火试样的疲劳断口表现出脆性疲劳纹特征,中温回火和高温回火试样主要是二次裂纹组成的疲劳纹,而且随着回火温度的升高,二次裂纹间距减小。在疲劳裂纹扩展中区和瞬断区,低温回火的疲劳断口主要为解理断裂和沿晶断裂特征,中温和高温回火的疲劳断口是以韧窝为主...
