Abstract:

<正> 气相反应法是在高能状态(高温或等离子体)下,无规则排列的原子或分子与反应气体作用,形成并长大成均匀纳米微粒材料的制备方法.在由钨制取纳米WO3的过程中,高能的提供方式是电流通过钨丝时自身所发的焦耳热.高能状态下钨丝气化、氧化,获得WO3粉体.将得到的WO3粉体与适量SiO2混合研磨,制成旁热式气敏元件,经老化,即可使用.
