Abstract:

细径钽丝作为一种制造高质量钽电容器的原料,通常需要经过轧制、旋锻及拉丝等工序才能获得,工人劳动强度大、生产效率低且质量不稳定。针对这个问题本文借助于有限元数值模拟对轧制过程及轧辊孔型设计进行优化,并分析了影响轧件展宽的主要因素,最终达到了以轧代锻(旋锻),通过轧制直接获得Φ2.1mm钽丝的目的。
