Abstract:

通过熔剂净化热力学和动力学的分析进行了熔剂组成设计,并通过溶杂率、熔点等测定,对比了常规熔剂与高效排杂净化熔剂对铝合金的排杂能力,并对Al-Mn-Mg合金进行了初步的净化效果试验。结果表明:新型熔剂RJ2的熔点仅为578°C,溶杂率达7.4750%,铝屑经其熔化后的颗粒数目少,形态也较为圆整。在加入量3%、处理温度为700℃时,RJ2熔剂对Al-Mn-Mg合金的净化效果最为显著,铝净得率和除杂率分别达到了98.6%和43.50%,使力学性能得到较大幅度提高。
