Abstract:

研究了不同稳定体系对PVC加工流变行为、力学性能、维卡软化点的影响。结果表明,复合稀土稳定体系具有良好的综合加工性能,大大改善了PVC材料的力学性能。扫描电子显微镜及傅立叶红外光谱分析证实了稀土热稳定剂的偶联增韧作用;DSC-TCA热分析结果表明,PVC/复合稀土热稳定体系在氮气中的热降解反应较为简单,为一步反应, 并通过外推得到其起始降解温度(To)和终止降解温度(Tr)分别为264.82℃和325.47℃。
