Abstract:

采用水热法制备CdxZn1-xS纳米固溶体,通过XRD、TEM、质谱、紫外可见分光光度计、气相色谱对其结构和光催化降解有机物活性进行研究。结果表明,合成的固溶体CdxZn1-xS其粒径约为20nm,随着Cd/Zn比例的增加,长波吸收边红移;可见光下降解甲基橙(MO)可致澄清无色;对乙烯也有一定的降解矿化。
