Abstract:
随着小功率DC-DC变换器的开关频率提高到兆赫芝(MHZ)水平,驱动开关管带来的损耗变得越来越重要,严重影响到变换器的效率。为了减少开关管的驱动损耗,谐振驱动技术得到了广泛发展。本文总结分析了现有的谐振驱动电路方案,评估它们的优缺点,指出了小功率DC-DC变换器驱动方案的发展方向。
