Abstract：
高校学报编辑只有在编辑工作的各个环节中发挥主观能动性,才能在学术文化的交流和传播中真正发挥好中介者的作用。高校学报编辑主观能动性反映在3个方面:编辑工作的有目的性和计划性、编辑工作的选择性、编辑工作的创造性。
