Abstract：
＜正＞化学发光免疫分析法(Chemiluminescence immunoassay,CLIA)基于放射免疫分析的基本原理,将酶的化学发光与免疫反应结合起来而建立的一种临床诊断方法,它综合了免疫分析和化学发光检测的优点,灵敏度高、线性范围宽、标记物的有效期长、无放射性危害、可实现全自动化等。
