Abstract:

<正>聚丙烯是一种综合性能优异的通用热塑性塑料。但其冲击强度较小,拉伸强度偏低,并且成型收缩率较大,限制了其应用。本文采用纳米碳酸钙与POE接枝马来酸酐共混,探讨其共同增强增韧的可能性。先将纳米碳酸钙用硅烷偶联剂处理后与自制POE-g-MAH共混,按一定配方制成"核-壳"结构的弹性体母料。再将该母料与PP用双螺杆挤出机挤出,制成纳米碳酸钙/POE-g-MAH/PP三元复合材料。结果表明,当母料含量为15份时复合材料的综合性能最佳:拉伸强度为46.5Mpa,比纯PP增大了43.4%;简支梁缺口冲击强度为53.1KJ/m2,是纯PP的4.8倍。
