Abstract：
如今,环境资源审判机构之成立已经成为学界关注的热点问题,本文通过阐述我国环境资源审判机构设立的意义及其指导思想,分析了我国环境资源审判机构的特征及设立的法律依据,并提出我国环境资源审判机构设立的若干建议。
