Abstract:
以TiCl_3为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在400℃(3h)烧结合成B掺杂TiO_2纳米材料,利用XRD,FT-IR,BET等表征B/TiO_2结构特性。结果表明B掺杂可抑制样品从锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,增大比表面积,增加表面活性位,同时,B~(3+)作为催化剂,提高其氧敏特性,其中5%(原子分数)B掺杂效果最好,灵敏度达到13.4。
