Abstract:

我们先前报道了Ni-Al_2O_3太阳光谱选择性吸收薄膜的水溶液化学法制备技术,该法制备的单层薄膜太阳能吸收率高达0.86。但就实际应用而言,吸收薄膜应具有吸收率大于0.90,发射率小于0.10的光学特性。因此,至少一层减反射层必须沉积在吸收层上,以减少太阳辐射最强区域处(~0.5μm)的反射。Al_2O_3和SiO_2具有低的折射率和稳定性,常用作减反射层材料。本文报道减反射层对吸收表面光学性能的影响。
