Abstract：
＜正＞电致化学发光作为一种高灵敏度,高选择性的分析方法,近来受到广泛的关注。核酸适配体是通过SELEX技术筛选出来单链寡聚核苷酸,相对于抗体适配体不但具有较高的特异性,而且具有很好的稳定性。本文通过纳米金胶与2,2’-钌联吡啶Ru(bpy)32+形成复合物固定在电极表面,利用二茂铁能够高效率猝灭钌联吡啶
