<正>红曲是我国特色的微生物资源。近年来,红曲霉以其众多的次级代谢产物及明确的药用价值,如抗代谢综合症、抗癌症等,受到越来越多研究者的关注。台湾大学潘子明教授课题组发现红曲霉发酵产物具有抗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的药用价值,可延缓病程恶化,并有改善记忆学习的功效。然而,究竟是何种化合物组分发挥主导药效作用还未明确。本工作拟采
