Abstract:

磁光薄膜在集成光通讯器件方面有着很好的应用前景[1]。随着光通讯技术的不断发展,对薄膜性能和质量也不断提出新的要求。CLNGG具有与Ce:YIG更为匹配的晶格常数,用其作为衬底材料有望获得更高质量和性能的Ce:YIG薄膜。本文采用Czochralski方法生长了CLNGG(Ca2.899Li0.304Nb1.926Ga2.757O12)和Li5La3Nb2O12掺杂的CLNGG(Ca2.382La0.568Li0.72Nb2.005Ga2.26 2O12,LCLNGG)单晶,并采用Rietveld方法对它们的结构进行精修,探讨了Li+、La3+和Nb5+离子的掺入对其结构的影响。为了优化晶体生...
