Abstract:

Pb X(X=S,Se,Te)化合物作为一种重要的热电材料而被广泛研究,其中Pb S因其原料丰富而备受关注[1,2]。最近Kanatzidis研究组采用纳米相分离技术将Pb S的热电优值(ZT)显著提高到1.4[3],其原因与掺入Ca S、Sr S纳米相后Pb S晶格热导率大幅降低有关。此外,Sr S-Pb S体系还可形成少见的稳定有序的三元结构[4]。本工作采用USPEX方法对含8~16个原子的SrxPb1-x S和CaxPb1-x S晶胞分别开展结构搜索。结果表明,仅Sr-Pb-S体系存在三种稳定有序的三元结构,即Sr Pb3S4、Sr Pb S2和Sr3Pb S4,而Ca-Pb-S体系对...
