Abstract：
生态补偿作为一种在生态环境保护过程中的利益协调机制,是生态文明建设的重要制度保障。面对日益恶化的生态环境,生态补偿制度的法律化势在必行。生态补偿法律关系的主体是构建生态补偿法律制度首要解决的问题。
