Abstract:

本实验研究不同采摘期芙蓉李果肉与果皮的多酚、黄酮含量及其抗氧化性的变化。芙蓉李冷冻干燥的样品用80%乙醇超声提取。采用ABTS、还原力和抑制脂质过氧化力评价不同采摘期芙蓉李的抗氧化能力。样品粗提物黄含量的测定采用亚硝酸钠法,多酚含量的测定采用Folin试剂法。结果显示,芙蓉李果肉和果皮的多酚含量分别为0.14-0.23 g GAE和0.39-0.56g GAE每100g新鲜样品,黄酮分别为0.08-0.19g RE和0.08-0.22g RE每100g每100g新鲜。果皮中多酚含量明显高于肉中,随着芙蓉李成熟度的增加多酚与黄酮含量也逐渐增加。芙蓉李提取液还原力及其ABTS自由基清除率都高于维生...
