Abstract:
稀土铁石榴石薄膜中掺入Ce~(3+)能极大提高磁光效应,在光通讯、信息处理等领域有很好的应用前景~([1])。与之相比,CeFeO_3具有更高浓度的Ce~(3+),理论上会具有更优异的磁光性能。然而,由于Ce~(3+)离子极易被氧化,高质量的CeFeO_3薄膜很难制备~([2])。本文采用磁控溅射法,通过优化靶材成分、薄膜晶化气氛等手段成功在石英玻璃和SrTiO_3(100)基底上制备了Ce_xFe_(2-x)O_3(x=0.82,0.98,1.18)系列薄膜,并系统研究了基底和Ce:Fe比例对薄膜结构、磁性和磁光性能的影响。研究结果发现,基底能对薄膜的晶粒取向起到很好的导向作用。在非晶的石英...
