Abstract:
酞菁光敏剂具有较高的光敏化能力,在光动力治疗(Photodynamic therapy, PDT)中有非常广阔的应用前景,但是其肿瘤靶向性和癌细胞摄取率仍有待提高~([1])。构建纳米运载体系,是克服上述缺陷的策略之一~([2])。层状双金属氢氧化物(Layered double hydroxide,简称LDHs)是一种生物相容性优良的无机层状纳米载体,在肿瘤酸性环境下能够瓦解并释放所负载的药物分子~([3])。为了使酞菁更好地在PDT中发挥作用,本课题组设计合成了可剥离的Zn-Al-LDH,剥离后的水滑石通过离子交换法制得新型酞菁-水滑石二元复合物(酞菁结构如图1所示),为了进一步提高酞菁-...
