Abstract:

本项空气阴极氯碱电解槽的研究,采用了无隔膜水平槽的结构.为了产浓碱,新设计了碱液双出口式槽,即在特制阴极向液表面流出传统浓度126克/升的稀碱液,同时在特制阴极向气表面渗出320克/升的浓碱.稀碱,浓碱的产量约各占半数,该槽的电流密度i=15A/dm~2,槽电压E=2.50V,电流效率A=92%.这种槽较现有工业化"虎克型"及"MDC"型电槽,槽电压降低1伏特左右;对浓缩碱液汽耗减少了3吨/吨(100%NaOH).
