＜正＞ 一、引盲目前,在我国的经济发展中,交通运输是个重要的制约因素,尤其是在地处丘陵地带的福建省,交通运输更为落后。现在连接福建与其它省份的铁路只有一条,省内铁路通车总里程仪1077.8公里(1987年数据),因此大部分陆地运输依靠公路。据1987年资料表明,福建省公路客运量占全省客运总量的比例为93.4%,
