Abstract：
本文制作了二硫代二正辛基磷酸钙PVC膜管状电极,涂铂丝和涂碳纤维电极。活性物质—二硫代二正辛基磷酸是由辛醇和五硫化二磷反应制得。二硫代二正辛基磷酸钙电极较烷基磷酸钙电极的检测下限低,PH范围宽,对K~+、Na~+、Mg~(2+)等的选择性好。该电极用于人体血清中总钙的测定,结果是满意的。
