Abstract：
＜正＞ 我院于1986年5月至1988年7月先后遇到急性心肌梗塞(下称心梗)4例,休克初期均在病家抢救,报告于下。一、临床资料 4例均为男性;最小49岁,最大64岁。3例有多年的高血压病、高血脂症病史,1例有冠心病房颤史。在家治疗时间6小时以内2例,36小时1例,72小时1例。转送上级医院治疗后,3例存活,1例并发脑栓
