Abstract:
<正> 近来用卟啉类试剂测定痕量锌,已有多篇报道。笔者曾研究了meso-四-(4-甲基-3-磺基苯)卟啉(简称TTPS_4)的合成及其与Hg(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)的显色反应,显示出该试剂的优越性,本文又较系统地研究了它与锌(Ⅱ)的新显色反应。结果表明在pH 4.4时,不需加任何辅助剂,在水溶中加热8min即形成高灵敏的锌的络合物,其摩尔吸光系数达5.2×10~5;在pH 7.8的弱碱性介质中,利用Hg(Ⅱ)作催化剂,CTMAB为辅助络合剂,室温下放置5min内就形成Zn(Ⅱ)-TTPS_4-CTMAB三元络合物,其摩尔吸光系数为4.7×10~5。如果采用三峰三波长吸光光度法,摩尔吸光系数高达7.6...
