Abstract：
对固定化根霉发酵乳酸的研究结果表明，用海藻酸钙法包埋根霉Ｒ－２９１孢子，经萌发增殖培养后凝胶颗粒具有较好的机械强度，产酸速率可达４ｇ·ｈ－１·Ｌ－１。
