Abstract：
以锑电极为终点检测器，在５％ＫＢｒ：９５％乙醇：乙醚＝３：３：２的介质中，电生ＯＨ－进行滴定。用该方法测定食用油的酸值简便快速，测定结果与容量分析法相符合。
