Abstract:
根据球铁中石墨/基体(G/m)界面微观力学行为以及球状裂纹扩展微观过程研究的结果。设计了以球墨外包的马氏体球壳(Msh)和铁素体+块状马氏体(F+Mm)的双相基体,即G+Msh+F+Mm的优化球铁组织(Mop);从球铁中F+M形成的相变机理、热力学及动力学分析,提出实现Mop的热处理;性能测试结果证实Mop球铁具有优越的宏观机械性能.
