Abstract：
本文对铅（Ⅱ）催化鲁米诺及其衍生物的化学发光体系的某些增敏剂进行了研究，结果表明腺嘌呤等试剂对上述发光体系均有明显的增敏效果。其中以腺嘌呤的增敏作用最为显著。在优化的条件下，腺嘌呤的加入使发光峰强度提高１０倍以上，对鲁米诺及其衍生物的测定检测限达１×１０￣（－１２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。
