Abstract:
实验室高压活性测定表明,在同等条件下,A202型低温氨合成催化剂氨合成率比A110-3催化剂提高7%~15%,比A201提高4%~8%,也略高于国外同类产品,耐热性和抗毒性均优于A201催化剂。X射线衍射表明,传统的氨合成催化剂均为Fe3O4尖晶石结构,而高铁比时,则为FeO相,属于NaCl型结构。精密晶胞参数测定表明,添加钻能使氧化态催化剂的晶胞参数变小,而加入稀土元素则使晶胞参数变大。催化剂同时加入钻和稀土元素后使还原态催化剂的晶粒度变小,比表面增大,孔结构改善。
