本课题以糖蜜为发酵培养基底料,研究了耐高渗透压假丝酵母Y_(78-1)的甘油发酵特性。甘油发酵过程属生长部分偶联型过程,中后期补糖是促进甘油高产的关键措施。采用葡萄糖粉补料工艺,甘油生成速率可达30g/d·L。本文还探讨了补糖时机、培养基中氮、磷浓度以及营养盐添加方式对产物生成速率的影响。
