Abstract：
新化学发光免疫分析试剂Ｎ－（β－羧基丙酰基）异鲁米诺在水溶性碳二亚胺的脱水作用下，分子中的羧基与蛋白质分子中的氨基可缩合形成肽键；将其用于标记羊抗人抗体，标记率为０．２８，标记反应条件温和、时间短，标记抗体免疫活性无明显变化，基本不影响其化学发光效率．
